You have succeeded in being accepted into the VA ~ E-VA ~ LP certification program. Well done!
Now comes the challenging / fun part!
What's most challenging, it seems, to becoming certified is to choose from over 500 hours of training what is the best 50 hours of training you will benefit the most from to get your level 1 certification.
NOTE: Take maybe 15 to 20 minutes to review over the LMS ~ Learning Management System and then talk with your ARRT Mentor to assist you create a custom 50 hour certification crafted specifically and uniquely for you.
You MUST Learn & Master ... Manage Up & Out
- Why is Manage Up & Out so powerful? ~ We often watch something ... and actually think it's really good ... but then do not internalize it. We do not think deeply about how what we learned could change our lives forever. We do not TAKE ACTION on what we learned!
- What is Manage Up & Out? ~ After every video, white paper and/or mastermind call we encourage members to share with at least two others three things.
- 1. What did I LEARN.
- 2. What ACTION will I take.
- 3. What do I need to learn NEXT?

What is an ARRT Mentor and two ARRT Buddies? ~ ARRT "Atomic Ripple Reaction Tree / Team" and is designed to take what we have learned and share it with the world. Each individual is assigned one ARRT Mentor and 2 ARRT Buddies.
Some Tips Others Found Helpful
- The VA, E-VA and LP certification is something so different you likely have never experienced anything like it. We hope that's a good thing! :-)
- Everything you LEARN you will need to apply.
- You must learn to take quick ACTION often without knowing fully how to do things.
- There is always a NEXT! :-) When we own our own business, the way to survive the way to grow, the way to thrive is to do the NEXT step and do it faster.
- Set a goal ... for getting through the 50 hours and then Time Block daily to achieve that goal.
- > It's your own company, others will not push you, you must push yourself.

Seek to never have to be told / taught twice for anything. ~ In most traditional education a lot ... probably most of what you learn, you don't really need and/or use so much. You really do need 100% of what you are learning so pay attention to all the training that you go through.
- > If you aren't sure ... ask!
- > You will learn to think in ways that will blow your mind! It's thinking differently is really what we will all our clients, contributors, partners ... everyone around us to do, so we must become a master at learning to think differently.
- ~ This means learning how to think like different personality types ... so buckle up ... and enjoy the ride.
- White Paper Library ~ We would encourage you to go through maybe one white paper a day or maybe three a week, whatever you decide is best for you. ~ click here ~
- > Remember to Manage Up & Out to your ARRT Mentor and then two other people in your ARRT Tree.
- ~ IMPORTANT NOTE: Just like in owning your own company, and thriving in the marketplace, there are many rabbit trails you can go down. A part of the adventure is exploring different rabbit trails and enjoying and learning from those. Another part of the adventure is learning to discipline one's mind to maintain discipline in keeping on track as well.

We will get so much more from this certification when we do this simple exercise ... AND ... we will be able to connect our vision to others.
