What Questions Have Others Had?

When individuals really look into E-VA's they often think ... "This seems too good to be true."  Don't get us wrong, it takes hard work on everyone's part to see success and E-VA's know this better than anyone.  The difference is that we are as passionate about helping you and your business to see success as you are.  We know that as we assist you to clone yourself, to earn more while working less, to reduce your stress and improve your life vision, that as your business grows and succeeds, our own businesses will see greater success as well.

Question

1. Are E-VA's employees?

A:  They are not.  Each E-VA owns his / her own company and they work together in teams to bring you the best and highest quality of services to achieve your goals.  You save large amounts of money by not having to pay employee taxes, benefits, training, management and/or overhead costs.

2. Do E-VA's get paid hourly?

A:  E-VA's are part of E-VA teams and are paid based on different levels.  There are a number of E-VA's who accomplish the work needed to assist you achieve your goals.  The higher the E-VA servicing options the more E-VA resources which will be dedicated to your work and the higher experience level those who work with you will have.  A lead E-VA will be working with you to orchestrate all the work so you usually only need to meet once a week for 20 minutes where you will be briefed on all the work which has been done that week and the work scheduled to be done the following week.

3. How do I decide what level is best for what I need?

A:  You will meet with one or more E-VA's initially where you will interview them and they will interview you.  You will determine if you think there is a good fit and they will be honest with you if they are able to do the work you are seeking.  Please have an idea of what your budget range is.  The higher the level you select the more work which will be completed and the higher level / more experienced resources which will be assigned to your account. 

WARNING:  Depending on the level and type of work needed there may be a waiting list.   The E-VA(s) who interview you will give you an idea if there will be a waiting period and what that will likely be.  

4. Are E-VA's US based?

A:  Yes, all E-VA's are based in the US.

5. Is there any type of a long-term contract?

A:  There is no long-term contract required.  All work is done on a month-by-month basis.  

6. What type of work can E-VA's do?

A:  Clients are shocked as to all the things that E-VA's are able to do.  ~ click here ~ for a partial list of what can be done.  Bring a wish list of things you would love for someone to do.  Because there are teams of E-VA's they usually can do almost anything clients want / need to be done with the exception of local work or work that needs to be done on site.  

With that being said they are able to design and engineer systems for hiring so they are able to help you recruit, interview, hire and manage local help to do pretty much anything.  

7. What if I need to increase the capacity of work E-VA's are doing?

A:  No problem at all.  E-VA teams grow their capacity to insure that you have the full bandwidth needed to achieve your goals.  You are able to work with your lead E-VA to increase the capacity level of E-VA's at any time.

8. How / Who do I pay?

A:  You will be billed monthly for the E-VA servicing level, by Life Masteries Institute (LMI) which is a non-profit organization and they will take care of paying all the various E-VA's who complete work on your account.  

9. Honestly ... it seems a bit too good to be true?

A:  We hear that a lot.  Because Life Masteries Institute (LMI) is a non-profit organization you do not get the large overhead costs and profits required by for profit companies.  At one time, there was a seven month waiting list and LMI asked their clients if they wanted to reduce the strict and hard to achieve requirements to become an E-VA to reduce the wait time.

Clients said they would obviously like to have E-VA's sooner but that they loved the high qualify of individual that is certified.  The standards are so high that it's harder to become an E-VA that to pass the CPA exam.  Only 14% of those who enter the E-VA certification program actually are able to graduate.  

Yes, through the training, certification and mentoring programs the E-VA's go through they know more about their areas of expertise than business owners do.  When you look at even what a lower level employee costs with salary, benefits, overhead and all the other costs, we do understand why it seems too good be true and we are excited for you to experience what others have and refer out E-VA's to other business clients and referral partners you have.
