Great question!  Honestly for most businesses, it's The 5/30 Grid.  Why?  The founder of the company tends to "do leadership" naturally.  The 5/30 Grid gives us the ability to properly leverage both time, money and talents, our own and that of others.  As we are successful, we gain more people and resources and the costs to not having systems in place for leadership are high.  Often business owners and even entrepreneurs are not very good managers and can also struggle with leadership as well.  E-VA's can assist in doing both.  They can either assist the owner / leader to do management responsibilities or they can often take many of those roles away from the owner / leader and do it far better and for a great deal less cost.
